“Doing good” is an integral part of our Company culture. Together, our employees and customers participate in national giving drives, take part in on-property activities centered around local community engagement, and collect goods and financial donations for causes that are important to our people.
Macerich employees receive 24 hours of paid time off per year to volunteer in the community. We are committed to supporting causes that matter to our employees and the communities where they live and
work.
